19 July — 19 September 2026
63 days to build the next version of my life.
Project 63 is a nine-week commitment to disciplined action. I am documenting what happens when an extremely ambitious plan meets real life—without pretending every day will be perfect.
Build the evidence. Share the lesson. Improve the system.

Project 63: Goals and Non-Negotiables
The complete explanation of the goals, standards and daily non-negotiables behind Project 63.
Ambition becomes useful only when it is translated into visible standards and repeatable actions.Watch directly on YouTube
The mission
For 63 days, I will honour demanding standards, strengthen my health and education, build my businesses, develop valuable skills, create consistently and deepen the principles I want to live by.
The central tension
The challenge is not a transformation montage with a guaranteed ending. The real story is whether I can repeatedly act according to the standards I designed when motivation fades, setbacks happen and competing priorities collide.
Health and performance
The health pillar includes nine planned 5 km Sunday runs, structured workouts or recovery movement, consistent sleep, hydration and a health-first approach to gaining weight and strength with parent and appropriate professional awareness.
- Nine 5 km runs
- 54 movement sessions
- Recovery counts
- Health before ego
Education
I am completing 30 focused GCSE sessions beyond tuition. A topic only counts when I have learned it, recalled it without notes and tested it with questions across Maths, Triple Science, Geography, Computer Science, English, Business and Graphics.
Building
The challenge allocates focused 90-minute sessions across Vajra Works, the GCSE platform, TATVA, Rudra AI foundations, applied learning, personal-brand production, my first book and newsletter.
Creating in public
Project 63 is being documented through daily updates, weekly episodes, long-form videos, Shorts, posts, carousels, newsletters and written reflections. The aim is to show the process, not manufacture proof that does not exist.
The 18 daily standards
The daily system covers wake and sleep times, reading, movement, hydration, nutrition, journalling, cold exposure with safety limits, focused work, content production, planning, reduced phone use, outdoor time, workspace reset, Dharma study and accountability.
The work architecture
The plan contains 219 active 90-minute sessions—328.5 hours of allocated work—plus 18 protected buffer sessions. Buffer time exists for reality, not as permission to make the schedule meaningless.
Money and audience goals
Some Project 63 outcomes involve revenue, personal retained cash, clients, newsletter subscribers and audience growth. These are targets, not guarantees. Only confirmed results will be reported as results.
Community and speaking
The challenge includes building a small accountability community with privacy and consent, plus delivering at least one genuine live workshop, seminar, talk or presentation that teaches something useful.
Dharma and character
The final pillar is not a productivity metric. Across nine weekly reflections I am studying Dharma, Karma Yoga, self-mastery, Satya, courage, Seva, humility, respect and devotion, then forming a personal Dharma code.
The finish line
The challenge ends on 19 September 2026. The final review will show what was completed, what was missed, what changed, what the evidence says and which standards deserve to continue beyond the 63 days.

THE EVIDENCE LOOP
THE DEEPER LAYER
Nine more ways to understand the work.
Strategy, audience, standards, systems, tensions, evidence and the longer horizon behind this page.
A fixed window
The challenge runs from 19 July to 19 September 2026. A deadline turns intention into a sequence of decisions.
19 JUL → 19 SEPThe work architecture
219 active ninety-minute sessions create 328.5 hours of planned focused work, supported by protected buffer sessions for reality.
328.5 HOURSEighteen standards
The daily system covers sleep, movement, learning, nutrition, reflection, phone boundaries, focused work, publishing, environment and Dharma.
Companies and products
Focused blocks move Vajra Works, TATVA, the GCSE platform, Rudra AI foundations, content systems, newsletters and the first book forward.
GCSE progress
A session counts only when knowledge is learned, recalled and tested. Passive time does not receive the same credit as demonstrated understanding.
Performance without recklessness
Training, running, recovery, food, hydration and sleep support performance. Health and appropriate adult or professional guidance come before challenge optics.
Setback to comeback
Missing a target is not hidden. The more valuable question is whether the response becomes an excuse, a lesson or a stronger system.
The documentation engine
Long-form videos, Shorts, posts, graphics, newsletters and reflections reveal the decisions behind the visible progress.
Evidence at the finish line
The final report will separate completed, missed, changed and invalidated goals, then identify which standards deserve to continue.
