Who runs this site
Aarush Choubey, based in Greenwich, London, is responsible for this portfolio and the enquiries received through it. Contact om@aarushchoubey.com about your information or a privacy concern.
Visiting the website
The site is prepared for hosting on Hostinger. Hosting services process technical request information, such as IP address, requested page and request time, to deliver and secure a website. This supports the legitimate interest of running a reliable, secure site. Technical logs are managed under the hosting service’s retention controls. See Hostinger’s privacy information.
The portfolio code uses no advertising, visitor analytics, session replay, account registration or automated profiling. Fonts, photographs and thumbnails are served with the site.
Enquiries
The enquiry form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit or save it. You choose whether to send it through your email app. Information you send, such as your name, email and project details, is used to respond to your request and, where relevant, discuss work you have asked about.
Correspondence is kept while needed to handle the enquiry and maintain relevant business records, then deleted when no longer needed, unless a legal obligation or an unresolved matter requires longer retention. Do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Build Notes email updates
If you choose to subscribe, MailerCloud processes your email address, consent and subscription status to send Build Notes on my behalf. Signup requires a separate consent checkbox and an email-confirmation step. Browsing this site or sending an enquiry does not subscribe you.
You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting me. Subscription information is kept while you remain subscribed; minimal suppression information may be retained to respect an unsubscribe request. MailerCloud and its service providers may process information outside the UK.
The embedded form connects to MailerCloud only after you choose “Show signup form”. You can instead open its hosted signup page in a separate tab. That service may receive your IP address and other technical request information.
External services
A YouTube player loads only after you choose “Load video”. YouTube may receive technical information and use cookies or similar storage. Social profiles, project websites and the Calendly booking service have their own privacy notices. These services may process information outside the UK; review their notices before using them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, as applicable to your circumstances. Contact the email above for a request or complaint. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
