Now — July 2026

The work receiving my attention right now.

This page is a living snapshot. It changes as projects move, priorities sharpen and evidence changes the plan.

Build the evidence. Share the lesson. Improve the system.

01

Project 63

My central operating challenge from 19 July to 19 September: 63 days, nine weeks, 18 goals, 18 daily standards and honest public documentation.

02

Building Vajra Works

Developing the offer, finding realistic clients, improving the website, creating research-led deliverables and turning the studio into a reliable revenue engine.

03

Building the GCSE platform

Defining the student problem, first-time user journey, initial subject scope, learning model, mobile-first experience and technical foundations.

04

Growing TATVA

Improving brand clarity, product presentation, content, paid-creative testing and the systems needed to turn a strong identity into actual customer demand.

05

Publishing

Creating Project 63 episodes, long-form videos, Shorts, posts, graphics and a weekly newsletter that connect the public story with deeper lessons.

06

Learning

Studying software engineering, AI, product design, sales, communication and applied systems that support my current projects and the long-term Rudra AI mission.

07

GCSE preparation

Completing focused sessions across Maths, Triple Science, Geography, Computer Science, English, Business and Graphics using active recall and exam questions.

08

Health and recovery

Following a structured but health-first routine involving running, strength, mobility, sleep, hydration, nutrition and honest adjustment when recovery requires it.

09

Current principle

Do not confuse a full calendar with progress. The work must produce evidence: a better product, stronger understanding, published asset, useful conversation, tested idea or completed outcome.

NOW

THE DEEPER LAYER

Nine more ways to understand the work.

Strategy, audience, standards, systems, tensions, evidence and the longer horizon behind this page.

01 / PURPOSE

Why the current chapter exists

This work exists to create something useful, develop real capability and produce evidence through action rather than theory.

02 / AUDIENCE

Who it is built for

Ambitious students, builders, founders, creators and organisations who value clarity, discipline, thoughtful execution and long-term progress.

03 / STANDARD

The quality bar

Every decision should make the experience clearer, more useful, more trustworthy or more memorable. Activity without value does not count as progress.

04 / SYSTEM

How the work moves

Research the problem, define the outcome, design the system, build the smallest valuable version, publish, measure reality and improve deliberately.

  • Research
  • Decide
  • Build
  • Publish
  • Measure
  • Review
05 / PROOF

What counts as evidence

Finished work, real users, honest feedback, measurable outcomes, documented lessons and visible improvements count. Claims without evidence do not.

06 / TENSION

The difficult part

Balancing ambition with focus. The challenge is not generating ideas; it is protecting enough attention to turn the right ideas into excellent execution.

07 / LEARNING

Capabilities being developed

Strategy, communication, product thinking, design, software, sales, leadership, research and the discipline to keep improving after the excitement fades.

08 / NEXT

The next meaningful move

Create a stronger version, collect better evidence, remove unnecessary complexity and make the path from interest to action unmistakably clear.

09 / HORIZON

Where this can lead

A connected body of work that compounds: stronger products create stronger lessons, stronger lessons create stronger communication and stronger communication creates better opportunities.

NEXT MOVE

The point is not to admire the plan. It is to enter the work.
